Holiday Journey Blog Hop August 2017

Welcome the to August 2017 Holiday Catalog Journey Coach Blog Hop!!  We are showcasing super cute products from the new mini and hope to inspire you to create some of the adorable projects for your own celebrations!!

I focused on Halloween and used the new Fall Fest Prints and made this very festive Hershey Nugget Cake!

Cut 1″x3″ strips to cover the nuggets using journey tape on the ends. I used a small canning lid for the bottom layer and cut a 3/4″ inch off a paper towel roll for the top layer of nuggets.  I also cut circles from black to layer between the layers and for the top.

After wrapping nuggets, I hot glued them to the rings.

The cute little mummy topper is stamped with the Mummified ATS and cut with it’s matching die.

I used Journey tape to layer the 2 dies with a tootpick sandwiched between the layers.

I made a quick video showcasing the new Fall Fest Prints:

Also don’t forget to stock up on the fantastic fusion inks which are 20% off for August 2017!

  1. Oh my gosh, that is just TOO adorable! What a fabulous idea! Thanks for showing how you used the jar lid rings as i wan’t quite grasping it from your description. (Could be because of I’m here kinda late in the evening and I’m tired….) Anyway, love it!
