Moon Baby NC Demos February Blog Hop

I am so excited to be a part of the NC Stampin’ Up demonstrator blog hop for February celebrating special OCCASIONS!!! I hope you enjoy all the fantastic ideas in  the hop! I chose to go with new babies and this cutie set Moon Babies just because I have baby fever (really grandbaby fever, but I’m waiting patiently Miss Molly 🙂

This set is just so stinkin’ cute and I’ve already used it a few times.  This card is standard A2 size (5.5″x4.25″), Bermuda Bay layer is cut @ 5.25″x4″ and Cupcakes and Carousels DSP layer is cut @ 5″x3.75″.  I used the stitched layering ovals for the main image and the two strips for the sentiment are .5″x1.5″ and I just flagged the ends with my snips. I used the lace doilies and sponged Bermuda Bay ink. The main image is colored using the new watercolor pencils and the aqua painter.  Linen thread and the mini stapler finish off this sweet baby card that can be used as a card with a baby shower gift or could be used as a baby shower invitation.

I hope you enjoy this month’s project and if you would like to purchase any of the items used just click the Shop Now button in my menu up top and don’t forget to FOLLOW my blog so you don’t miss any the projects I post. And when I reach 100 blog followers I will be doing a giveaway also!!!

Go have a look at the next fantastic project on our hop!!
